Why do I have to click onto the different folders for Entourage to retrieve
the messages in that folder? Is there an option that I can change that will
allow it to retrieve with the Send & Receive button/funtion?

Tools:Schedules allows you to define how often to check for mail
automatically.

Okay, under the schedules, hotmail's inbox was the only one check to receive
automatically. I check it, and hopefully is will work correctly now.

Any what to turn off that noise it makes when it checks and doesn't find
anything?
