hotmail sent items going to folders on my computer deleted items folder

Every time I send an e-mail from Entourage from my hotmail account a copy
of it goes to my computer deleted items folder as well as the hotmail sent
items folder. Is there any way of undoing this?

I think that the problem first started when I was trying to delete some items
in my hotmail account. I moved the hotmail sent items folder into my
deleted items folder of my computer folder. Don't know how to reverse
this....????

You have two options: save sent messages in your server folder or your local
folder. This is controlled in the Hotmail account setup.

It seems that either way the hotmail sent items go to the sent items folder
locally or the deleted items folder locally. Is that supposed to happen? I
thought that my hotmail sent items should not be showing up at all in the
local deleted items folder.
