As of yesterday, Entourage 2004 started downloading all of my Hotmail
into the Inbox in Folders on My Computer and deleting them from my
Hotmail Inbox. Messages now show up in both Deleted Items in the
Hotmail account and in the Inbox in the Folders on My Computer. It
also tries to delete items from the Hotmail deleted items folder on
this messed up sync process now and it generates an error for each
one. It was working just fine before, not downloading anything into
the local forders and just keeping synced up with the server fine.
When it syncs, I can see the message come into the Hotmail\Inbox
folder, then it is immediately moved to the Local Folders\Inbox and
Hotmail\Deleted Items. I have no Rules set up.
I don't recall making any account changes either on Entourage, my
Hotmail account or anything else (doesn't mean I didn't, though). I
know I've applied the recent Apple security updates, but that's about
it. Anyone have any ideas? I've done a decent amount of searching
for comprable problems, but maybe I just can't phrase my problem
right.
I've got the Hotmail account removed from Entourage for now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
