Hotsync Installer Issues

Folks, I've installed this hotsync for entourage on two other
computers, but for some reason on my new Powerbook, it refuses to
install...so no syncing between my Tungsten Palm and Entourage.

I get the error message, "Microsoft Component Plugin not found" which
creates and error on install. I look in the Microsfoft Office>Office>
folder on my laptop and the Component Plugin is there!

I've turned off all virus protection and tried to install, re-download.
I'm about to give up on using Entourage as my contacts software. Anyone
run into the same problem?

Are you installing the correct sync conduit for the version of office you
are using?

If you are using office vX, download the latest version from Mactopia. If
youy are using v2004, the installer is on the Office CD.
