hotsync prob with entourage and treo 650 update (sprint)

after updating my sprint treo 650 this morning, i am unable to bring in
my contacts and calendar back into my phone. the hotsync is
"successful," but my calender and contacts are blank. i haven't
changed any conduit settings (they worked properly before). anyone else
having this problem?

I'm having the exact same problem since I preformed a hard reset this
morning. I've tried reinstalling both my plam software and the
Entourage conduit, but nothing works. Please let me know if you find
out how to solve the problem.

I had a similar problem, but it turned out to be with Missing Sync. I use
Missing Sync rather than the Hotsync conduit from Palm. For some reason, in
the Missing Sync list of conduits to be executed, the Entourage conduit was
unchecked. (I swear it was checked and worked properly before the Treo 650
hard reset and update!). So Missing Sync ran fine but didn't execute that
conduit so no syncing of addresses, etc. Could your problem be similar?
