I am now staerting to seriously doubt my own abilities on a computer.
I am trying to set up Entourage to sync with my Hanspring Visor
Deluxe. I am running the newest version of the Palm software (4.0) and
when I run the Entourage installer, it looks like everything is fine.
I checked the library and the Entourage conduits are there and the
Palm conduits are disabled. OK, so it looks fine... but when I open
the Hotsync manager to set up Entourage, the Entourage conduit does
not show up as an option. I have tried re-installing the Palm software
and the Entourage update three times, but the results are always the
same. What am I doing wrong?
