Hotsync Simply Won't..

We've installed Office X for Mac (and updated it completely) and have
installed the "Hotsync" app. However, the Mac simply will not connect
to the Palm OS.. period.

It tries to connect, but eventually errors out. I have successfully
tested it on a PC.. worked fine.

Any suggestions?

If you haven't already, be sure to download and install the Entourage
conduit for Palm from Microsoft's Mactopia website. You can find it here
