Hotsynch Failure

Every time I try to hotsynch my Palm (Zire 21) with the Entourage Calendar,
the program freezes. The program crashes or I have to Force Quit. Almost no
data comes across. My address book, notes and to do list transfer without a
problem. I just upgraded my Office and reinstalled the Palm software.

The problem lies in your synching software and not Office. I would suggest
that you apply to Palm for an answer. They may also have newer versions of
their hotsync software that fixes this problem.
