Hotsyncing

I am having a crash with hotsyncing. I did remove all the files in the
Conduits but I left the Entourage one. It is still crashing. I am using a g4
Mac with OS 10.2.8 and a simple palm 100. What am I doing wrong. Can you
help. Thanks in advance.

Did you download the new 10.1.4 version of the Handheld Synchronization
conduit from Microsoft? Using an older version of the conduit with
Entourage 10.1.4 will cause it to crash. You can get the latest version
from Microsoft:
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx#OfficeX>

Make sure you are not synchronizing any recurring events without end dates.
That will cause the conduit to crash regardless of what version you're
