Hour component of time is missing from calendar events

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Has anyone else seen this odd behavior or know what is wrong?

I can't view or edit the hour of a calendar event. It is missing. This happens when I create an event and also when I view an event/invite sent to me.

The start and end fields are shortened in the GUI to look like 00 AM <arrows> and 30 AM <arrows> for a 30 minute meeting. I can not use the arrows to access the hour or manually type in an hour. I can adjust the minutes via typing into the field an using the arrows.

I've updated to the latest with no luck.

Quit Entourage and then check Apple menu --> System Preferences... -->
International --> Formats and set your Region to the correct region for
you if it is currently showing Custom.

Launch Entourage and check your Calendar again.

Yes - I had a custom medium time setting to add the date to the menubar digital clock. I returned to default US and Entourage works perfectly now. I will have to find another date solution or stickly calendar for my desktop...
