How add CSS to html mails?

Hi,

I use html mails since I have a signature with our logotype.
However, I wonder if there's any possibility to include CSS styles in
the head or in the body of the html mails, in a way that every single
such mail will automatically get it without any extra fiddling for each
mail?
(Hope I managed to explain...)
