how best to add video 2

Thanks Rich, sorry to be slow in answering your last
entry a few days ago.

I tried your suggestions with the folowing results does
this sound right?

Encoded a 12 minute sermon audio and video from analog
vcr tape with WME as streaming format, 15.8 mege bites.
It took me 17 minutes to upload to the server using DSL.
I tested the link to it from my web page and let it load
for about 90 seconds then clicked the play button and it
played OK.

How do you set up WME for the best/fastest results?
