How can I change the preset area code on the contact phone #'s

I need to change the preset numbers and cannot figure how to do it, any ideas?

Not sure what you mean by "preset numbers." Outlook uses your operating
system's default dialing location to format phone numbers. That, of course,
is an OS setting, not an Outlook setting.
