how can I conceal e-mail addresses in mailshots

I frequently send mailshots out to about 200 customers - I want to be able to
hide the customers e-mail addresses from each other so rivals can't use my
distribution list. It's OK to show the names, as long as I can conceal the
e-mail address.
Does anybody know how to do this?
