How can I export (csv) import contacts from Outlook 2003

For some reason, the Import/Export commands do not appear on the File Menu?
How can I fix that omission?

Thanks Russ, I reinstalled Office. However, those commands still do not
appear on the File drop down menu.

If installing didn't put them there, then I doubt reinstalling would.
Install the Importers and Exporters directly using the Office Installation
Wizard.
