How can I fill 2nd worksheet (in different order) with data from 1stworksheet?

I have a large amount of data in one worksheet. I want to
automatically write that data to the appropriate places in a second
worksheet in the same workbook. This is my set up:


This Sheet is Called Payroll Data
A B C D E F G H I
Name Job Title Status RegBase ..... OT ....... RegFB OT-FB
5 Adams, J Butcher FT $36.23 ..... $54.35 ....... 0.4321 0.0974
6 Mason, G Baker PT $18.56 ..... $27.84 ....... 0.4367 0.0974
7 Richter, T Cndlr T $22.11 ..... $33.17 ....... 0.4021 0.0732
8 Wilson, J President FT $66.99 ..... $100.49 ....... 0.5355 0.0974
Columns E and G are not used. It is difficult to show in this
table.
This sheet is called FAL - Analysis
A B C D ............. AK AL
9 Status ............. RegBase FBs
10 Name Adams, John FT Reg ............. $36.23 0.4321
11 Job Title Butcher OT ............. $54.35 0.0974
12 Name Mason, George PT Reg ............. $18.56 0.4367
13 Job Title Baker OT ............. $27.84 0.0974
Columns E through AJ are not represented here.

As you can see, a one line record (Payroll Data) is put into a two-
line record (FAL-Analysis) and is not in the same order as in the
Payroll Data.
