how can i find demos about last features of microsoft products?

Hi,I need demos for microsoft products and last features of them,i need them
as movies i can download from net to use them in my lessons-i'm a computer
teacher-i saw in XP launch some great movies,and i wish i can find them
online to download some,thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot,but actually,I need them not for learnig the steps,or teaching
students,i need them as examples and demos for the newest generation of
software that's applied on latest generation of hardware that makes new world
that depends in whole on technology and telecommunications,if you can help
i'll be thankful.
