How can I fix deposit the 8 colors in the color scheme?

I use 8 specific colors, which I always have to enter in "More colors -->
Custom". They appear then as one of this eight colors, but e.g. on the next
day, they doesn' t appear there anymore and I have to enter them again. Do
you know, where I can fix save this 8 colors, that they always will appear at
the bottom of the color scheme?

What application are you using?
When you use custom colors, be certain you are putting each color in a blank box.

Hi Marlene,

Word will 'remember' the last eight custom colors
used in a document applied with the 'fill' tool
on the drawing toolbar.

To have a 'starter' set of eight custom colors you
can save the template (Normal.dot) by default with
your initial custom pallette choices. That will make
the colors available in in new documents, but not in
existing ones.

In PPT, you have to make the change to the color scheme in your blank.POT
file, which is what PPT uses as the default slide template. See

As with Word, this change will not affect files that already exist.
