How can I get a message that somebody has read my e-mail

How can I get a message back to me when somebody opened or read the
message that I've sent to them. In outlook you can do this but I can't
find out how I can do this in Entourage. It's something I really miss.
Who can help me?

You can add the necessary header to the sending account manually to request
a receipt from the recipient. Be warned though that not all clients will
send a receipt even if the user has read the message. It's not a
particularly reliable method.
