How can I get a text field to stop autocorrecting 2 CApitals?

Subject pretty much says it all. Our WBS Number (Text4) contains two
capitals, such as 5.1.1.1.GAwl. Once you hit enter, M$ reverts it to Gawl.

MPM (Microframe Project Manager) is picky enough that GAwl does not equal
Gawl.

Microsoft absolutely loves to think for you and I can't shut it off.

Any help?

By the way, excluding that field from the auto spell check (Options...
Spelling tab) does not work.

Hi,

Come on, those who work with MS projects must be more tenacious than that!
Type GAwl
Project change into Gawl
Select the a replace it by an A
Now they give up!
Victory for the user at last :))

Tools:AutoCorrect Options
Uncheck the box, correct for Correct two initial capitls.

Or add an entry to your auto correct list.

Cheers,

Hello Zinethar,

Try Tools > Autocorrect Options, click the Exceptions button and enter
GAwl on the INitial CAps tab.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
