How can I get all the recipients names and e-mail addresses?

I want to export the recipients (200) with thair names and e-mail addresses,
from a mail I sent.If I select all the recipients and and copy tham I only
get thair names because e-mail addresses are not displayed with e-mails like
this ...
.... Lojze Prosen; Franc Kopic; Gregor Vesel;...
Can I Chang this so I will see e-mails with names, like this...
....Lojze Prosen<[email protected]>; Franc Kopic<[email protected]>; Gregor
Vesel<[email protected]>;...
Or is there any other way to solve my problem?
