I'm not sure if this is what you'd be looking for, but I'm actually in
the process of creating a web presentation tool called iPresent Presio.
The tool is meant to provide Microsoft Producer type functionality,
for creating online presentations from PowerPoint. But, it also has a
publish to movie feature (either WMV or Quicktime MOV). Here's an
example movie that I produced using the tool:

Anyhow, I'm still early in development, but I've got a pre-release beta
that you can try if you'd like. If you don't have the stomach for
"early beta" software, you might want to take a look at Camtasia Studio

Camtasia is an excellent product for creating web demos and movies for
the web.
