Essentially, I need to create a document that functions like a 'flyer' which
an administrative person can update easily. So I decided to create it in Word
by using the limited design tools available.
How can we successfully insert this document into the body of a Meeting
Request so that others may view it as a 'flyer' announcement? The standard
cut and paste does not work properly, and if it does manage to get inserted,
everything (text etc.) is shifted all over the place.
As well, when trying to insert a .GIF or .JPG, it somehow turns up broken
and degraded. An inefficient workaround is opening the saved .GIF et al in MS
Paint. This is lame. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.
