How can I install Publisher in 365 Enterprise?

My organisation offers Office 365 home installs.

On Microsoft's download page, Publisher is included in the logos.

However, after installing it, I can only access Word, Excel and Outlook.

Settings > Apps > App & features shows 'Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise' is installed but clicking Modify only asks: "How would you like to repair your Office programs?", and offers Quick Repair or Online Repair options.

Any ideas?

That's strange, which version of Windows are you using? If you type in "publisher" on the start menu (rather than looking for the icon), does it show up? It may just not be pinned to the start menu.

I've just installed it via the same mechanism yesterday and it shows ok for me this way.
