How can I keep pictures animated when I forward an e-mail message.

I sometimes get cute e-mail messages with animated pictures. When I read
them in Outlook 2000 and forward them, the animation ceases. How can I keep
the pictures animated when I forward a message. (I've tried "Send" instead
and copying and pasting to no avail.)
