How can I load Proofing Tools 2003 on Microsoft Office XP?

I have a copy of Office Proofing Tools 2003 and when I try to load it on my
computer it tells me I must load Office 2003. I already have XP on here. What
does this mean and can I work around it?

It means that using the Office 2003 Proofing Tools requires Office 2003.

You can't. Proofing tools are specific to each version of
Office, so the Office 2003 proofing tools will not work with
Office XP. The Office XP Proofing Tools CD is no longer
available for purchase directly from Microsoft, but you might be
able to find it at an online retailer.

If you cannot understand a simple message, written in plain English, then I
suggest you sell your PC and buy a PlayStation.

What does it mean? What do you think it means?

It's early days, but you're a strong contender for July's Moron of the Month
Award. Can't see I'm going to find too many more deserving...
