How can I open my OST file in Chrome? It is not loading at all

I am trying to view my Outlook OST emails directly in Chrome, but when I click the file, the browser does not recognize the format. Outlook on my system is not opening, so I need a way to convert the OST file into HTML so I can read my emails smoothly.
