How can I revise a contact in Microsoft Outlook?

Our IT incorrectly put info into contacts and I need to change it - it won't
let me change or delete the incorrect info.

Is it actually a Contact in a Contact Folder or an entry in the Global
Addresss List?

Where is the Contacts Folder that you cannot edit?

Call your IT guys and get them to help you as either way, you can't fix it
at user level.
