how can i see ALL of my email in my inbox?

I can only see and access the last week or two of incoming mail. I need to be
able to access all of them, even emails I got 3 months ago. Please help.

Assuming you haven't deleted them or moved them to other folders you just
need to check your view. Look under the View menu. I can't be any more
specific unless you tell us what version of Outlook you're using.
