How can I select contacts in a new e-mail and not from the adresb.

When i create a new e-mail i can not select a adres from my contacts. I only
can select from my adresbook.

Odd.
If you need help, explain what you mean in sufficient detail to permit
troubleshooting.
The precise steps you are using, what happens and your Outlook version would
constitute the minimum amount of information needed.

Right click the Contacts folder and set it to show as an email address book.
