How can I set up 2 y-axes with different scales in Powerpoint for.

I have 2 times series that are scaled very differently...one is national data
and one is county data. I need to show them on the same graph in Powerpoint
and want the left Y-axis to be scaled for county and the right hand y-axis
scaled for national data.

Is this a scatter chart or a column chart or what?
