How can I set up contacts on Outlook and use web based email?

My company recently converted to a web based MS email. I can't use my
contacts on my local drive and need an easy way to get the information onto
the web based service. Does anyone know how to do this without having to
retype all my information onto the new database?

when you say web based 'ms email' what exactly do you mean? if it's exchange
server, you'll need to connect once using outlook to upload them to the
server.
