How Can I Share My Calender With another Calender ?

How can I share my calender with another calender ? For Example ...
I'm a Secretary ... And I want Organize Mettings,Appointments ... at the same time I want my manager see this Appointments With out calling me ....
Please ... If anyone Can Offer Help Regarding this Matter It'd be GREATLY
