How can I sort groups of repeating data?

[Part Number Sorted Groupings]

I am using Excel version 10.0.4525:

I have an Excel listing of part numbers sorted in ascending order. Each of
these numbers are repeated every time the number is used in an assembly. The
listing is to be a "Buy List" of required parts at two building entities. The
end result will display per part number how many of each part is needed at
each entity to build the final product. Below is an example:
P/N "Qty /Eng" Desc "Tot Qty" "CDC Qty" "DEP Qty"
3934638 1 GASKET,OIL DRAIN 2
3934638 1 GASKET,OIL DRAIN 1
3934638 1 GASKET,OIL DRAIN 2
3934638 1 GASKET,OIL DRAIN 9
3934638 1 GASKET,OIL DRAIN 1

I am trying to get to one line per part number.

You could use a pivot table to summarize the data. There are
