If you have a retail copy of Office XP or Office 2003, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=326246 "How to replace lost,
broken, or missing Microsoft software or hardware". If you have
an OEM copy of Office (one that came preinstalled on your
computer by the computer manufacturer), then you should contact
your computer manufacturer. Microsoft does not provide
replacement media for OEM licenses or for older editions of
Office.

If you mean the cd drive, renew/replace it
PS using the drive as a coffee cup holder can cause problems, specially when
you shut down the PC.
