How can I view all files associated to a PowerPoint presentation?

We attach many video files to our PP presentations. It would be nice to have
a way of viewing or printing all files associated, linked or imbeded in a
presentation. This is more of an organizational issue that would help when
moving presentations from their developemental site to CD's, DVD's, notebook
PC's etc..

If you use PowerPoint 2003 use File > Package to Folder and move the folder. I
will contain everything needed to run the presentation. For your purposes you
will want to uncheck the Viewer in the Options.

Thank you. I am presently using PP 2002 SP3. Is the feature you described
only available in PP 2003?

Yes, Package for CD and Package to Folder are new features in PowerPoint 2003.
