How can I view OLE Object that shows as "Long Binary Data"

Hi. I received data as Access for data migration. I need to convert this as
txt.
However one file contains field type of "OLE Object" and all data show as
"Long Binary Data". Could someone please tell me how I can make this field
viewalbe?
