How can I work simultaneously on a word doc with a co-worker on m.

have a small office network of three computers. All have MS Word 2003,
and all run XP. I would like to be able to simultaneously work on a word
document in our network with one of my co-workers. I've tried knowledgebase
and other help sites with no success. I can see where copies of the same
doc can be edited and then merged. Is there a way to do live simultaneous
editing?
