How Can One Modify a Downloaded template

[Entropy Rules]

After downloading the tasks template I seem to eb unable to modify the
template other than some simple formatting changes. iw oudl like to get at
the underlying tables to make changes, add some look up tables and try and
ungroup some of the grouped entry cells. Any clue how to get past whatever
feature is locking me out.
