How can someone with an older version read Microsoft 2007 documen.

I sent documents to third parties in Microsoft 2007, people with older
versions cannot open these. Is there a "key" that they can download to enable
reading my documents?

Hi,

First, you can save as... your documents in an older version before sending,
that seems the most productive to me.
Second, if your correspondents have Project 2003, they can download and
install the latest service pack, they will be able to read 2007 files.
