How can you share Categories?

Is it possible to share a master category list between
PCs, the closest I have gotten is just by importing an
updated list in to the reg. But i am wondering if there
could be a public folder that just contains the
categories?

We are running Win XP Pro, Outlook 2003 with a Exchange
2003 server.
