How clear cache when no forms tab in Contacts properties?

All messages in Inbox are added to history of all Business Contacts.
Trouble shooting advises clear cache through form tab whenexhibiting the
contact folder properties.
There is no forms tab on Business contacts but it is on other folders.
There is no Business Contact Manager Add-in for Outlook either in "COM
Add-ins" nor "Add-ins available"
Thus unable correct the problem by following Help article "Troubleshooting
e-mail linking in Business Contact Manager"
What to do?
