How come not all contacts show up in address book?

I have Office XP. I noticed that not all my contacts are showing up in my
pocket PC. I checked and found out that those same ones are missing from the
outlook address book. Anybody know why or what to do?

No need to post more than once.

The address book will show only those contacts that have electronic
addresses (i.e., email and FAX).

Thanks for your help Brian. Maybe a dumb question but, does a ph# count? All
my contacts have at least a ph# if not an email address as well

No, a phone is not an electronic address, meaning that you cannot send to it
from Outlook like an email or fax.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Brian E asked:
