How could I calculate the monthly payment of GPM.

When selected the "GPM" (gradutated payments mortgage) mortgage, I
want to know how to calculate the monthly payment.
Can anyone show me the maths expression or some source code of such
calculator.
btw: What I need is not such a calculator , I'm just interested in the
expressions that used to calculate.
