how do I add a picture to my e-mail signature?

I'd like to add a picture to my signature- but don't have the first clue on
how to go about doing this - can someone help me?

Make sure your email format is HTML. Open the picture in Explorer, copy it,
and then paste it into your signature. It should be that simple. I do it with
animated .gifs and .jpgs for holidays all the time.

Make a HTML file in an editor (not Word or Frontpage) and attach it as your
signature.

Require certain skills in HTML programming as especially Notes clients have
very limited HTML rendering capabilities.
