How do I add a shopping Cart?

Hi I am new to Frontpage.. Can I use Frontpage to add a shopping cart? If
not can you give me some suggestion?

I build ASP carts as a service using StoreFront 5 developed with
Classic ASP. The vendor doesn't actively sell the SF5 add-in anymore
that integrates with FrontPage as they are pushing their SF6.NET
product but they will sell the SF5 Merchant Tools allowing a browser
to be used to manage the store.
