How do i add a veiwable link that updates every 10 min?

I need to have a vertical scrolling page of a schedule i am building. I also
need it to be able to update itself whenever someone goes into the document
and edits anything. This will be displayed onto a bigscreen t.v. Any help?

Use the meta refresh tag to refresh the page every 10 minutes or what
ever you like.
