How do I add and existing contact to an existing Distribution list?

You can only alter a DL from the DL itself.

If am in the Contact folder, can I do it from there directly? Or the only
way to do it is to open the Distribution List and then click Select
Members? (Is there other way?)

Use "Select Members" in the DL's dialog box.
