How do I add another location to the send to command while within.

How do I add another location to the send to command while within Word. I
want to send the file to my flash drive. I can set that up in XP but it does
not "translate" into Word documents. In essence, I have to exit, go into
Explorer, and send from that base. This is so much easier in WordPerfect. Why
is it a hassle in Word?

The only way I have been able to use it is to "save as" for both the current
location and also for the flash drive...thus creating multiple steps. I must
be missing something, but my searches through the FAQ'S, Microsoft Home, etc.
have not been fruitful.

Thanks for your ideas.

G'day "David O'Brien" <David O'(e-mail address removed)>,

SendTo is a folder in your profile. It contains shortcuts (%1) for the
progs in the list.

Thanks for your response. I know it's a folder and I have added the shortcut
to the administrator send to folder as well as my personal send to folder.
Nonetheless, from within Word 2003, the option of sending my current document
to my flash drive does not appear.
Other ideas?
