How do I add arrows and things into a movie on powerpoint

I made an instructional video with Snagit, and I want to insert it into a
powerpoint but once in the powerpoint I'd like to edit it with arrows or
dialog boxes.
I need to do this without purchasing any additional software

Sorry but no, PPT is not a video editor. Video always plays on top of any
PPT object.
